Returns and exchanges
- You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or with a stitching fault, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
- We will confirm the return and share the address to send it to.
- Once we receive and check the item, we will send your exchange or refund your payment within 5 working days by bank transfer.
